About

I’m Louise, the visionary behind this dynamic space dedicated to transforming how we approach learning, development, and business.

With a background in education and youth work, I’ve spent years connecting with young people, particularly those with additional support needs or not in education or employment. I discovered that authentic connection—meeting them where they are—is the key to meaningful engagement and progress. This ethos doesn’t just apply to young people; it’s a principle I bring to every professional interaction, and with experience moving from education to  professional learning, business development and an entrepreneur, these have been my guiding principles and values.

At Spark Growth Hub, I channel the creativity and wonder of childhood into professional development. Whether it’s reimagining workplace processes, enhancing team dynamics, or crafting innovative learning practices, I bring fresh perspectives and a hands-on approach to the table. Don’t be surprised if I show up with Play-Doh or LEGO for a session—these tools aren’t just for fun (though fun is part of it) they’re catalysts for innovation, exploration, and change.

Beyond my work at Spark Growth Hub, I’m a passionate advocate for young people and communities. I actively engage in policy-level change-making and volunteer extensively within my own community, continually building skills and championing progress for lasting impact.

Everything I do is rooted in my own values.  Authenticity, collaboration, creativity and making a real difference are at the heart of Spark Growth Hub.  If these resonate with you, let’s connect and grow together!

Mission

Our mission is to empower individuals and organisations to unlock their full potential through creativity, connection, and innovation. We strive to build meaningful relationships, inspire fresh perspectives, and foster growth by combining professional excellence with a sense of play and possibility.
